What kind of warranty do you provide?
Smart Cabling offers a minimum 1 year labor and material warranty on all projects. We partner with several top manufacturers and can offer the Manufacturer's Extended Warranty, ranging from 20 years to a lifetime warranty depending on the manufacturer. We partner with Systimax, Leviton, Berk-tek, Biamp, and Signamax.
Do you work in occupied facilities?
Yes, it is very common for our installers to perform work in occupied offices, medical facilities, warehouses/distribution facilities, etc. Our crews are trained on the special circumstances involved with working in occupied facilities, whether it means working around office staff, doctors/patients, or navigating forklift traffic in a busy warehouse.
